a) Same as or otherwise provided by the regulations or bye-laws every member shall pay to the Society a subscription of such amount as may for the time being prescribed by the bye-laws. The said subscription shall be payable in advance by the thirty first day of July each year or in case of member elected during the year, at the time of election.
b) Each Branch shall pay for every member the central fund contributions as provided in the bye-laws.
