Management of the Society

a) The formulation of policy shall be vested in the General Body which shall be the supreme body of the Society. It is the policy making body and suggest the guide line on all affairs of the Society. It shall ordinarily meet once year at such date, time and place as shall be determined by the Executive Council. For any important or national issues of interest to the Society the General Body meeting may be convened by the proper authority as per rule of the Society.

b) Executive Council:
The control and the management of the affairs of the Society shall be vested in the Executive Council. The Executive Council is the controlling body and shall be the executive authority of the Society and as such shall have the power to carry in to effect the policy and program me of the society as lied down by the General Body meeting and shall remain responsible there to.

c) Executive Committee:
The control and the management of the affairs of a branch of the Society shall be vested in the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is the controlling body and shall be the executive authority of a branch of the Society and as such have power to carry into effect the policy and programmer of a branch of the Society as laid down by General Body meeting and Executive Council and shall remain responsible thereto.

d) The control and management of the affairs of the Society shall be vested in the Executive Council and Executive Committee (in case of Branch) which shall be composed of :-
i) Office bearers and members of the Executive Council.
ii) Office bearers and members of the Executive Committee (for a Branch).
