At least 15 days notice of the meeting shall be given to all the members giving the place, date and time of the meeting with the agenda of business to be transacted there at. In emergencies a shorter notice shall be allowed at the discretion of the Secretary General in consultation with the president but in no case shall be less than two days. In case of Annual General Meeting a notice of 30 days will ordinarily be given.
Notices:
(a) A notice may be served by the Society upon any Member either personally or by sending it through post in a prepaid envelope addressed to such member at his last known address appearing in the register of members, or/and by publication of such notice in the journal and sending a copy of the journal containing such notice to such member, prepaid and addressed as above.
(b) A notice may be served by the Society upon any branch by sending the name as aforesaid on the Secretary of such branch or the president of the Branch.
